3 Candareens, Setting I, Imperforate
3ca. vermilion-red in a complete sheet of twenty five from Setting I, including the weak corner [12] and showing patches of over inking, particularly on [18-20]. With full original gum and with some hinge remainders in the upper and lower margins. There is some trivial soiling in the lower margin but this does not detract from this fine sheet

Complete imperforate sheets of the 3 candareens are not as scarce as the 1 candareen, however, it is thought that there may only be about eight complete sheets of the first setting extant
