1ca. bright green in a left margin block of four [4-14/25-15] from the lower left corner of the sheet bearing a light and central strike of "customs/newchwang" c.d.s. dated 1883 (17 Feb.) with a part Tientsin Customs transit c.d.s. at right and part of Edinburgh arrival c.d.s. in the left margin. There is small fault in the margin at top, otherwise a fine and important block
