A presentation pack for the inauguration of the Currency Note Press, Nasik Road, comprising one pass in blue for the special train leaving Victoria terminus at 7:30 am on the 14th April. one invitation to the inauguration dated 14th April 1928 issued by the Master of the Security Printing Plant, one folder describing the Currency Note Press, a photograph of the plant and in addition a typed letter handsigned by Lieut. Colonel Couchman, the Master of Security Printing, India, detailing the programme for the inspection of the printing plant. In addition there is a specimen 10 rupee, ND (1928), no serial numbers, brown and green with portrait of George V top right, red SPECIMEN overprint and red seal of the Security Printing plant low right
(Pick 5s, Razack-Jhunjhunwalla 14.35), the presentation pack shows slight foxing and handling, the specimen 10 rupees uncirculated, very rare and desirable and the additional programme most unusual and interesting
