(TBB B104, Pick 31a), in PMG holder number 64, choice uncirculated, NET due to foxing/stains. PMG population report has only two notes graded slightly higher at 64 EPQ, there are no Gem notes graded thus far. An extremely rare note and one of two key notes for this entire series post 1970. Missing from most advanced collections.
