Charles I (1625-49), Halfcrown, 1643, Oxford, 14.86g, mm. plume with bands, carolvs d g mag brit fr et hib rex, colon stops, king on horse left, plume in field behind, rev. exvrgat devs dissipentvr inimici, single/double pellet stops, relig prot leg / ang liber par between two lines, three Oxford plumes above, date below (N.2413; S.2954; Bull 596/2), a little weak in places, very fine.
