Karl von Stürgkh, (1859-1916), appointed Minister-Preisent by Emperor Franz Joseph, 3.11.1911; assassinated whilst having lunch by Friedrich Adler, son of the Chairman of the Social Democratic Party, Vienna, 21.10.1916.
