69723 Gunner Henry Sturgess, son of Thomas and Maria, High Street, Kintbury, Berkshire; served with the 19th Battery, 9th Brigade, Royal Horse Artillery during the Great War on the Western Front; died 12.7.1916 and buried at sea, being commemorated upon the Chatby Memorial.

1897 Private Richard Cecil Quinion, served during the Great War with the Queen's Own Oxfordshire Hussars; killed in action, 17.5.1915 and is commemorated upon the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial.
