(Hellrigl Type B21),Moteehary and Tirhoot hexigonal transits, backstamped Calcutta, stamp has perfs. clipped from three sides prior to usage, a fine cover of the Indian Post Office in Kathmandu with the "B/137" cancel being quite rare; 1984 Hellrigl Certificate.
