1820 Stampless official cover, with lovely fancy octagonal seal of Colonel Vjir Singh Thapa on reverse, to Maharaj Dhiraj in Kantipur (Kathmandu), the contents (not included) stated, "the letter informed the King of Nepal that reinforcements are being built around the Bulawal Fort", small piece missing from reverse in opening, very fine strike of seal.
