Hellrigl #35, a,1917-1930 1a (Dark) blue with recut frame on native paper, imperforate, complete sheet of 64, setting 27, state 2 from this later telegraph period, this a later printing of this second state showing the major plate flaw of a wide cut in the left frame of position 10, this significant flaw occurred only in the late printing of this setting, used with Birganj telegraph cancels, adequate to full large margins all around, nine inverted cliches in positions 15, 18, 23, 27, 37,40-41, 51 and 64, fresh color, some adherence from a telegraph form on the reverse and horiz. and vert. folds in the center between rows, otherwise a very fine sheet; a scarce sheet showing the position 10 flaw(Scott #23,a; $930.00+; S.G.#26, a;£935+).
