Hellrigl #34, 1917 ½ Orange vermilion on native paper, imperforate, setting 6, lovely unused example of one of the most elusive mint stamps of Nepal, without gum as issued, large to extraordinarily large margins all around, strong bright color on fresh white paper, extremely fine and especially choice; it is believed that only about 100 mint examples are known to exist, when the three largest recorded mint multiples are subtracted this leaves only a very small handful of mint copies available; 1984 Hellrigl certificate (Scott #11; $1,750.00; S.G. #35; £1,200).
