Hellrigl #27b, c, 1901-1907 1a Light blue with recut frame on native paper, imperforate, complete sheet of 64, setting 27, state 1 from this early period, unused without gum as issued, large selvages, this setting is identified by nine inverted cliches in positions 15, 18, 23, 27, 37,40-41, 51 and 64, attractive pastel color on fresh thin native paper, one horiz. and vert. fold mostly between rows, very fine sheet; Hellrigl notes that several mint sheets are known of this first state and they are definitely rare (Scott #23,a; $1,460.00+; S.G.#26, a;£1,460).
