Hellrigl #26, 1901-02 1a Grey blue with recut frame on European wove paper, imperforate, tete-beche pair, setting 26, believed to be positions 15-16 with the former inverted, unused without gum as issued, from the first state with very sharp crisp impression, large balanced margins, very fresh with bright color, extremely fine; tete-beche pairs are of the greatest rarity with only about a dozen examples believed to exist; including imperforates and pin perforated examples (Scott #23c; $1,900.00+; S.G. #24a; £1,900+; catalog values are for two singles).
