Hellrigl #23, 1899-1907 ½a Black early printings on native paper, imperforate, complete sheet of 64, setting 1, sub-setting B, unused without gum as issued, wide full selvages showing the sheet frame lines all around, this setting and setting 2 without frame lines are the only settings without any inverted cliches, thin native paper as usual on this setting, characteristic clean color and clear detailed impression, faint and unobtrusive horiz. fold affecting row 5 , very fine; a scarce very early printing of the ½a value being one of only four complete sheets known of setting 1B (Scott #10 var.; S.G. #22; £4,480+).
