Hellrigl #22, a, 1898-1903 4a Yellow green on native paper of poor quality, pin-perforated, complete sheet of 64, setting 9, unused without gum as issued, a handsome sheet of this scarce value possessing wide selvages (slight toning at the extreme edges) showing the inscription at top and the sheet frame lines on all four sides, this setting is identified by the wide setting of the overall inscription, bright attractive color and quite clear impression, position 54 is inverted, plus the various plate flaws of which some are quite striking show well, very fine; an impressive and exceedingly rare sheet being the only know complete sheet of setting 9 either imperforate or pin-perforated; this is also the only know pin-perforated sheet of the 4a value in this 1898-1903 period, apparently pin-perforated to order for Major Evans;
