Hellrigl #22, 1898-1903 4a Yellow green on native paper of poor quality, pin-perforated, setting 9, irregular block of 14 (3x5 less top right stamp), positions 9-10/41-43, unused without gum as issued, stamps are fresh and well centered, color is a particularly bright yellow green with nice impressions, very fine; 1984 Hellrigl certificate (Scott #22; $2,100.00+; S.G. #21; £2,100).
