Hellrigl #21d, e, 1898-1903 2a Lavender on native paper of poor quality, pin-perforated, complete sheet of 56, setting 16, unused without gum as issued, the first setting of this value without inscription or frame lines but showing some of the marginal markings of the frame holding the cliches, adequate to large selvages all around, this setting characterized by inverted cliches in positions 8, 9, 19 and 49, a combination unique to this setting, attractive pastel color, very fine; exceptionally rare bring the only know complete sheet of setting 16; (Scott #19, a: $5,520.00+; S.G. #20b, ba; £5,520).
