Hellrigl #19b, c, 1898-1901 1a Pale blue on native paper of poor quality, pin-perforated, complete sheet of 64, setting 20, unused without gum as issued, attractive and rare sheet showing the inscription and all the sheet frame lines in full selvages all around, this setting is identified by eight inverted cliches in positions10-11, 16, 23, 27, 40-41 and 61, a combination unique to this setting, positions 24 an 64 are also recut plus other plate flaws, color is fresh with fairly clear impression on bright paper, each inverted cliche is marked in petite ms., very fine, a sheet of the greatest rarity being the only complete sheet known, either imperforate or pin-perforated; (Scott #18, a; $1,440.00+ which reflects later printings in the telegraph period; S.G .£ 5,280+).
