Hellrigl #5b, 1881 2a Pale purple pn European wove paper, imperforate, setting 2, positions 6-8/15-16/24, unused without gum as issued, top right corner margin irregular block of six, large untrimmed sheet margins at top and right showing portions of the setting 2 inscriptions, mostly large margins on the other sides, distinctive pale purple color, horiz. fold between position 24 and the pair above, very fine and impressive; mulptiles with marginal markings are extremely rare, especially as large as this (Scott #5; $1,200.00+; S.G. #5; £1,350+).
