Hellrigl #1b, 1881 1a Milky blue, pin-perforated on European wove paper, setting 3, position 25, unused single from this scarce pin-perforated setting 3, showing constant plate flaw of large dent in bottom margin, perforations a bit undefined at top and left, very fine; not only rare pin-perforated from this setting but a very desirably major plate flaw; 1984 Hellrigl certificate (Scott #1 var., S.G. var.).
