S.G. #MP7, 1932 ""A.S.R."" manuscript and red boxed ""Postage Paid"" provisional, the unique cover addressed to the Mandeville Post Office, Jamaica, bearing the initials ""A.S.R."", with boxed Kingston ""Postage Paid"" December 7 machine cancel in red alongside, backstamped Mandeville, cover bit reduced at left, fine; with typewritten note on the reverse of cover ""Posted at Cayman Brac after the hurricane of November 1932 in which the Post and its contents were destroyed. No postage stamps were available. The initials ""A.S.R."" are those of Aston Shedden Rutty, the local Postmaster. The red postmark was affixed on receipt in Kingston. (signed) H.H.
