Extensive and valuable mint collection to 1985 in mounts housed in a Scott album comprised of classics, regular issues, coils in singles and pairs or line pairs and commemoratives, starts with #3, then 7, 9, 12 regummed despite 2003 Briefmarkenprufstelle Basel certificate stating o.g., 17, 29, 30, 30A, 35, 37, 38, 56, 40, 67 o.g. with Weiss certificate (faults), 68, 69, 71, 72, 75, 76, 77, 87, 88, 90, 92-94, 96-98, 112-15, 117, 119-21, 123-24. 126, 127, 128, 130, 138, 139, 145-55, 157-63, 165, 166, 182-91, 205-13, 215-18, 219-29, 230-43, 245, 246-61, 263, 264-78, 279-84, 285-91, 293, 294-99 and all the other 20th century commemoratives, 300-13, 315, 331-42, 348-55, 349 line pair, 355 pair, 359, 365, 374-82, 390-96, 392-94 and 396 line pairs, 414-23, 424-40, 443-47, 452-58, 459, 460, 447 line pair, 462-80, 498-518 including 505 double error in a block of twelve, 523-24, 533, 545-47, 551-73, 595, 599A single and pair, 630, 634A, etc., somewhat mixed condition but not terrible, there are some small faults, a few off center with perfs touching, but not many, some reperforated, etc., the centering being mostly fine-very fine, there are quite a few regummed, especially among the 19th century as well as some with no gum or disturbed o.g. and there are some n.h. among the 20th century, especially from 1920 on, we have meticulously and conservatively cataloged the collection to #619 counting the regummed as no gum and not counting the fake coils (we may have missed one or two) to come up with a 2017 Scott catalog value of $191,470.00, so the entire collection probably approaches $200,000.00; fifteen certificates accompany.
