#O80, 24c Treasury, an unusually rare used block of four, each stamp with circular spoke wheel cancel, the block is well centered with rich color and sharp impression, the left pair has a faint red stain not apparent from the front and a tiny tear in the bottom left corner, all of which is quite inconsequential given the rarity of this block, very fine appearance; a great rarity with Scott not recording the existence of a used block of this value.
