#O72S-82S, 1c-90c Treasury special printings, with "Specimen" overprint, complete for all eleven values of the Continental printing, each with blue "Specimen" overprint, without gum as issued, these were often cut apart with scissors, so a few values have clipped perfs. as is normal, the 15c and 30c each have a tiny thin, most are fine or better, this is one of the scarcer sets of official special printings, except for the 1c, 2c and 7c the numbers sold range from 74-99 of each value.
