Colombia States mint and used balance of a specialized collection, mostly Antioquia with 50 singles about evenly divided between mint an used, plus mint and unused multiples including seven blocks of four, seven pairs and a strip pf three, largely early period from 1869-1888 and items identified by paper types, settings and lithographic stones, often noting how many printed, also includes a few singles and multiples of Tolima including scarce mint first issues and Bolivar block of four and pair of registration stamps printed on both sides, condition varies as is typical of this area with a few faults present, unused often lack gum but some with o.g., mostly fine-very fine and a nice lot of specialized material that is truly scarce; examine.
