#56 var., 1886 2½c Black on orange, variety with blank cliche, mint bottom margin block of nine (3x3) with the center position being the blank cliche, full to large margins all around, nice impression with fresh orange paper, full o.g., h.r., light diagonal gum crease in right vertical strip, otherwise very fine and very scarce; it is believed that only examples of this variety have survived and this being a lovely exhibition block.
