#4, 1868 1P Red, a handsome appearing used example of this first issue high value, clear to large margins all around, bright color on fresh paper, ms. abbreviated cancel of Antioquia, mild vert. crease and a couple of small thin spots, very fine appearance; a very rare used stamp with very few printed and even less that have survived used.
