Freaks and oddities extensive collection and accumulation of 360 mostly mint items, including singles, pairs, blocks of four, plate blocks and larger multiples of regular issues, coils, commemoratives, air mails and other back of the book issues neatly arranged and identified in a large stock book, most are mis-perforations of various kinds from the Washington-Franklins to recent, but we also note some under and over inked, ink smears, mis-cut booklet panes, color shifts and gutter snipes, and there is some duplication throughout, generally o.g., l.h. or n.h.; a nice lot of these.
