#138A var., 7c Vermilion, quadruple split "I" grill, this is a late-state "I" grill being the truncated grill that cannot be mistaken and therefore able to be identified even though a measurement is not possible, most of the grill shows at the top left, two rows show at bottom left and one row at top right (none show at bottom right), black target cancel, small thin at bottom left , fine centering; exceptionally rare, not only because it is an "I" grill, but Scott only lists and doesn't price an ordinary split grill and does not list a quadruple split variety; catalog value is for a normal "I" grill.
