Wells, stamp tied by "Erie/Pa/Aug 12" c.d.s. with additional nice strike at left, a single franking cover to Stockton, Cal., cover slightly reduced at right with some edge wear including a small cover tear at bottom right, fine and an attractive patriotic with a scarce domestic usage of this value.
