Luxembourg comprehensive mint and used collection mounted in Scott Specialty album, the 19th is virtually complete used starting with the first issue and all the imperforates cplt., over all well collected and identified with some of the better items signed by various experts, from 1912 the collection is complete to the early 2000s and includes a 1923 Birthday souvenir sheet (#151), the semi-postals are complete to 2000 including the 1935 Aid Fund for Professionals (#B65A-65Q), air mails and postage dues are also complete but only a smattering of officials, condition is clean and attractive even in the 19th century, o.g. or used, fine-very fine overall; a nice opportunity to acquire a nice collection of this country.
