Finland mint and used collection mounted in Scott Specialty album, 19th century is used starting with #2 with town cancel, ten different serpentine rouletted values that are actually quite nice for these with much better than average teeth than normally found including a 1M yellow brown with full teeth (#11; Sismondo certificate), basically complete from 1876 starting with #16 with used 1891-92 Issue cplt. (#45-58; the two high values signed), the Republic issues are largely mint and nearly complete to 1988 with some later, also includes a mint collection complete to 2005 of Aland Islands, o.g. or used, fine-very fine; an attractive and desirable collection.
