British Oceana and Asia mint substantial collection balance on Scott Specialty pages in ten Scott binders, consists of 20 different countries, pages are often present for stamps into the 2000's but the concentration of the collector was the better early issues and only a few countries have extensive modern, one significant country is Fiji which along with India are the only countries with a very few used and Fiji has some better mint and early issues, then mint to 1968 with the King Edward VII and George V issues complete, Papua is another excellent country complete to 1992 with all the good early sets plus modern is quite complete to 2006, Sarawak has most of the early sets and Solomon Islands has all the better early sets through 1968, other better countries include Bruni, Singapore and Iraq, etc., all are very clean o.g., fine-very fine; it is surprising how fast the value adds up so examination will be beneficial.
