Belgium and colonies massive mint and used collection mounted on Scott Specialty pages in two binders, the 19th century period is collected used and is virtually complete with many better values as 5Fr Deep red brown with roller cancel (#39), 20th century continues very comprehensive mint or used including the 1919 King Albert in Helmet cplt. mint, virtually complete to 1986 with many later to 2006, semi-postals are complete to 1988 including the Red Cross surcharges cplt. mint (#B34-47), plus all the later better sets and souvenir sheets as Orval Abby (#B132-43), air posts and officials are complete and some postage dues and newspaper stamps; in addition there is a substantial collection of Belgium Congo with better high values as the two 5Fr values (#5, 11) and 10Fr Buff (#13), plus a nearly complete collection of Ruanda-Urundi and some occupations, overall a valuable and desirable collection offered intact, o.g. or used fine-very fine.
