Dale, a local surveyor, the frame in ultramarine with lettering etc. in pencil, the vignette, comprising a coloured photographic portrait of George V, affixed at centre; the whole executed over twice stamp-size on piece of paper (186x180mm.) with pencil outlines for a further design and the actual size, marked "DRAWING No 1" and dated "24.6.20".
