(3) each cancelled "1" in oval of bars, despatch c.d.s. and "2½d." accountancy handstamp at foot, Cape Town (4.10) and arrival (7.11) c.d.s. on reverse, also 1895 (15 April) envelope from Philippolis to Rotterdam, bearing 1d. purple (9) with indistinct "10" in oval of bars cancellations, despatch and arrival (7.5) c.d.s. on reverse
