1900 (31 July) unstamped envelope from G. Eakins of "C" Company at Springs to Toronto and redirected locally, showing F.P.O. 31 c.d.s. and fine oval-framed "canadian contingent/south africa." datestamp in violet, and (30 Aug.) envelope from Lt. J.C. Mason of "B" Company at Eerste Fabricken to Toronto, bearing ½d. pair with A.P.O. 50 c.d.s. and showing largely fine oval-framed "canadian contingent/south africa." datestamp in violet; both with small faults though not unattractive
