1966-73 Navigators, a mint study including 75c. to $2 overprinted "specimen" including both lengths on 75c. and $1, 40c. with misplaced perforations, 50c. with offset, 75c. top centre block of ten with plate number "3" and corner blocks of four from right pane (2) showing re-cutting at base, $1 marginal vertical pairs (4, one with left frame missing and the others retouched), bottom centre block of four with Plate number "3", lower left corners block of four (2) with recut between sails and eye and State II with plate fracture, and perf 15x14 top centre block of four with Plate number "3", and $4 single with offset and a marginal block of four and two marginal pairs showing both types of scratches outside left frame.
