2d. deep bright blue with good to large margins nearly all round, variety double print with the first impression quite faint though remaining quite apparent to the naked eye; a couple of marks on face and considered to be used. An appealing example of this very rare and seldom offered stamp. Holcombe Certificate (1995) states "the first impression a dry print and shows mainly in the outer frames and lettering and could be considered in the nature of a bounce print. It is however a stamp listed by Stanley Gibbons". S.G. 36a, £4,000. Photo
