1918 (13 Feb.) 1d. scarlet plate "1" right-hand pane block of twelve (6x2) from the top of the pane, the overprint misplaced diagonally downwards leaving the upper right corner stamp without overprint and the adjacent stamp with only a trace of the overprint at foot, mint with reinforced perforations in places, otherwise fine and rare.
