A miscellaneous selection of proofs and trials, comprising 1c. die proof stamp-size in blue-green, 2c. green block of four and 6c. black pair imperforate plate proofs, 2c., 4c., 6c. and 8c., each handstamped "specimen" in seriffed capitals (15x1½mm.) vertically at right, and paper shrinkage trials with 2c. green part perforated strip of seven with two having the surcharges, perforated 2c. violet, 4c. black and imperforate 6c. violet, all with surcharges; two Specimens with faults though generally of fine appearance
