3c. rose-lake vertical marginal strip of four from the top of the sheet, the lower two stamps with overprint in carmine resulting in the centre pair with variety two colours of surcharge se-tenant, large part original gum; a few light tones and with the margin strengthened, otherwise fine. A very rare variety of which only one sheet was found. S.G. 191a, £5,000+. Photo

Note: This combination of overprints on the same sheet was discovered amongst a parcel of sheets allocated to the National Philatelic War Fund, and was sold for the benefit of the Red Cross and St. John's Ambulance.
