2c. pale rose with Type 10 tied by "johore bahru" c.d.s. in red on 1891 (21 Oct.) envelope to Chaudoc, Cochin China, showing blue crayon ring alongside showing postage was unaccepted for overseas mail, "johore bahru/unpaid" c.d.s., triangular-framed "T" with two French Postage Due 15c. applied and cancelled on arrival and, on arrival, Singapore (21.10), Saigon (24.10) and arrival datestamps.
