"Seng" envelope to Penang, bearing 1c. and 4c. in combination with Kedah 1c. (2), all clearly tied by "semling" double-ring d.s. (Type D2); and 1919 (23 Oct.) "Seng" envelope to Penang bearing 1c. and 4c. in combination with Kedah 1c. (2), all clearly tied by fine "baling" double-ring d.s. (Type D2); also some loose adhesives etc. (10) and a large piece bearing fifty 1c.
