Two sample pages from the Royal Cameo Scrapbook of Embossed Heads by Kendall and Son, London using the Whiting patent method of colour printing using the Congreve method, with embossing by Dobbs; the first with the head of William IV in carmine on green background showing the coat of arms within a foliate grey frame; the second of Henry Brougham (Lord Chancellor, 1830-34) in green on a blue background all within a pink frame.
