(Western Division Royal Artillery) at Rangoon to London, countersigned by Commanding Officer, neatly cancelled by Rangoon Cantonment "bridge" type c.d.s. and showing, on reverse Rangoon (7.9) and Sea Post Office (17.9) datestamps.
