(Pick 23pct; LNZ NRB B16tp), ink annotations 'approved 10. 11. 80 (memo G1),as submitted 17-3-80' in top margin and 'copy for signature only, not for colour' in lower margin, otherwise good extremely fine to about uncirculated and an excessively rare, if not unique, proof (2)
