Imperial Airways 'Scipio', a group of covers showing several different handstamps with type g "damaged by/sea water" from India to Shrewsbury; type i boxed "damaged by immers... /in sea water i.s." on envelope from Australia to Leith; similar on reverse of long envelope from India to Kent but with the complete handstamp; type r label on envelope from India (Monghyr) to Holland and type x boxed "damaged by/sea water/in airplane/accident" in violet on envelope from Palestine to Glasgow. A good varied group. (5 covers)
