The Mediterranean Extension Telegraph Company, Telegraphic Message envelope registered to Bombay bearing G.B. 1862-64 3d. pair and 4d. tied by neat Malta duplex and with a fine strike of the crowned "registered" handstamp in red; the 3d. adhesives originally folded over the edge of the envelope and have been opened out.
