1883 (8 Aug.) The Eastern Telegraph Company Telegram envelope registered to Mauritius bearing India 1a. 6p. (2) and 2a. tied by clear strike of "B" in square bars with large "R" in circle and Mauritius Registered dated oval in red, the reverse with Aden Reg thimble c.d.s. (Proud R6). The envelope bears the first type company device, some light tone spotting. Also 1888 (9 May) similar device in black on white cover front (repaired tears) to Devonport bearing India 4a. 6p. tied by Aden squared circle. Photo
